Too often, teams waste time over wording and deciding what “criteria” should be part of the Acceptance Criteria for any given User Story.
When I was a Scrum Master, I wished there were a shortcut I could use to help my team save time.
In this short and simple post, I am sharing an amazing method designed by one of the teams I have worked with in the past.
They used this method to QUICKLY write the Acceptance Criteria for any user story they had. The goal was to move the typing to autopilot so they can save time during refinement.
