What I would do when looking for a new role in today's market.

You must understand (if you don’t already) that the market for Scrum Masters has changed.

That’s the simplest way to put it.

You won’t get hired solely on the basis of a two-day certification and a theoretical understanding of the Scrum Guide. Those days are FAR gone.

Today, organizations are looking for value delivery, change management, and pragmatism.

So if I were looking for a role right now, I wouldn't just apply… I would follow a strategic plan.
