On to this week’s question!

Q: We recently have addition of traditional project manager to navigate through Projects for the senior leadership, The TPM has started asking Scrum Master to co-ordinate with squads and give a date of completion for the project to report to leadership, the challenge here is the scope is evolving the PO's keep adding new work and we don't follow the process of estimating all the tickets in the backlog, having a difficulty finding a balance in providing a rough estimate to TPM while also keeping the team focused on the sprint, how can we handle situations like this?

Thank you for the question.

Let’s break it down.
