This is so detailed and straight to the point. If one takes time to complete all these courses, it would definitely boost their confidence as a Scrum Master. Thanks a ton Vibhor!

And by the way your style of videos on YT really inspired me into learning :) Your content is so unique, precise and engaging. Please keep posting new content, atleast shorts!!

Hi Mugdha,

As a new PO you are:

Part-time Product Manager who:

- Knows business needs

- Talks to stakeholders

- Inform team of stakeholder's wants & needs

- Inform stakeholders of team’s wants and needs

- Defines shared vision

- Track market to leverage opportunities

- Translates vision into MVPs

Part-time Business Analyst who

- Writes requirements

- Defines user stories

- Defines acceptance criteria

- Collaborate with Developers, QA, UX/UI

PO's main role is to understand Business+Customer needs and translate+communicate those needs to the team. It is an all round role and does require the basic tech knowledge just like SMs.
