I love this well explained ways of using this metrics. However how do you make the team adopt it and do you present it to the team like doing the retrospective meeting or how and what purpose will you use to get them metrics accepted by a team who hates metrics?

Hi Ben, in most cases you don't want the team to adopt a particular metric. A metric that becomes the target stops being a metric. You collect the metric for the people who want to see the metric. It could be you who wants to improve team's performance. It could be senior executives who want to see the necessary ROI. You should try not to ever convince your team for a change saying "because this metric says so".

Hello 👋🏿 again Coach!!!

Please how do I get to know the estimation deltas (for the sprint) from my team? In my head I guess it would be simply to explain what it means and then ask them during the retro meeting or I leverage my 1:1 meetings and ask them so I get each person’s particular answer. What do you think and how will you advice me to go about it pls?

(This is a metric I think will really help me in my situation)
